About the role

We are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join a Birmingham‑based client of SF Partners. The role is full‑time, onsite, and offers a supportive team environment with a clear commission structure and opportunities for career progression.

Key responsibilities

  • Review seller accounts and listings to ensure accuracy, compliance and strong performance.
  • Arrange property viewings, collect feedback and manage booking schedules.
  • Handle existing auction offers, liaising with buyers and sellers to progress or resolve deals.
  • Provide high‑priority customer service, responding promptly to queries.
  • Answer inbound calls, delivering accurate information and logging interactions.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up enquiries, confirm bookings and support sales progression.
  • Assist with onboarding new customers, ensuring accurate data capture during registration.
