Sales Recruiter – Business Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Recruiter to own the full‑cycle recruiting process for business roles across go‑to‑market, operations, finance, people and other cross‑functional teams at Sierra.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruiting process for sales, marketing, customer success, operations, finance, people and other business functions.
• Partner strategically with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop position profiles and align on hiring plans.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels to attract active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, assess, engage and close top talent.
• Drive an efficient, structured and equitable interview process while continuously improving workflows.
• Track, analyze and report key recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline conversion and source effectiveness.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a high‑growth tech environment, preferably with early‑stage startup exposure.
• Proven success recruiting for business functions including GTM, operations and corporate roles.
• Strong ability to build trusted, consultative relationships with hiring managers and interview teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and prioritisation in a fast‑paced setting.
• Data‑driven approach using metrics to inform hiring decisions and process improvements.
