Sales Team Member – Part‑time Retail Role

About the role

We are looking for an inspiring Sales Team Member to join our Canterbury store and deliver an exceptional shopping experience to customers. The role involves providing great consumer service while meeting set sales targets and KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Support achievement of store KPIs by delivering sales at target levels.
• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, using technology and maintaining product knowledge.
• Maintain sales floor and back‑of‑house areas to high retail standards.
• Put stock away correctly, keep stockroom aisles clear and replenish merchandise.
• Follow health and safety, cash and stock security procedures at all times.
• Represent the Clarks brand, adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
• Review personal performance, maintain a development plan and achieve sales and multi‑sales targets.
• Apply appropriate selling models, articulating product features, advantages and benefits.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a smart appearance.
• Complete cash, stock and administration tasks accurately and on time.
