SAP SuccessFactors People Systems Analyst (Hybrid)

About the role

This hybrid position supports a fast‑growing professional services firm in the City of London. Working three days on‑site and two days from home, you will help maintain and enhance the company’s HR technology landscape, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operation and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Support people‑systems projects, including workflow improvements, configuration changes, upgrades, testing, roll‑outs and documentation.
• Collaborate with the People team to identify and implement system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Assist with cyclical HR projects such as Gender Pay Gap reporting, fee‑earner regrading and appraisal processes.
• Troubleshoot system issues, ensure data integrity and compliance with data‑protection regulations.
• Support the rollout of new HR technologies and provide training to users.
• Maintain information on the firm’s intranet and manage relationships with external suppliers.

Required profile

• At least one year of proven experience in HR systems administration or analysis, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
