SAP SuccessFactors Test Lead – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Test Lead to join a 12‑month fixed‑term contract supporting a major global HR transformation programme. Reporting to the IT Test Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end testing lifecycle for a large‑scale SAP SuccessFactors implementation, working independently to define strategy, create test artefacts and ensure a successful global rollout.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the comprehensive HRIS testing strategy throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design, write and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts for system, integration and user acceptance testing.
- Lead System, Integration and UAT activities, coordinating across HR, IT and third‑party implementation partners.
- Manage defects through resolution using JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Validate integrations between HR, payroll and other business systems.
- Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and project leadership.
- Ensure testing is completed on schedule ahead of the global go‑live.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading testing on large HR transformation programmes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with end‑to‑end HRIS implementation testing.
- Familiarity with global or large regional HR projects supporting 1,000+ users.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Required skills
- SAP SuccessFactors (highly desirable) or Workday / Oracle HCM.
- System Testing, Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Hands‑on test script authoring and defect management.
- JIRA.
- Azure DevOps.
