Seasonal Sales Associate – Battersea Power Station

About the role

As part of our Retail team, you’ll be joining our store on Liverpool Street at Battersea Power Station as a Seasonal Sales Associate on a fixed‑term basis. You will provide exceptional customer service and support the management team in achieving sales and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a premium and tailored customer service experience.
• Provide in‑depth knowledge of the Reiss brand and its products.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members and management.
• Maintain visual standards throughout the store.
• Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador.

Required profile

• Passion for premium or luxury products.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• Ability to see things through the customer’s eyes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Capability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong organisational and decision‑making abilities.
• Team‑player attitude with good written and verbal communication.
