About the role

Join Reiss’s retail team on Liverpool Street as a Seasonal Sales Associate on a fixed‑term, part‑time basis (20 hours per week). You will deliver premium, tailored customer service while supporting the store’s sales and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, personalised customer service experience.
• Provide in‑depth knowledge of the Reiss brand and product range.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members and management.
• Maintain visual standards and store presentation.
• Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador, representing the company’s values.

Required profile

• Passion for premium or luxury products.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• Ability to see things through the customer’s eyes.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
