Secondary Maths Teacher – Chiswick (Full‑time)

About the role

Reeson Education is recruiting a Secondary Maths Teacher for a specialist SEN school in Chiswick. The role starts in September and is full‑time, offering the chance to work with students across Key Stages 3 and 4 who have additional learning needs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess engaging maths lessons tailored to a range of SEN requirements.
• Create a structured, supportive classroom environment that promotes confidence and resilience.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, therapists and families to monitor progress and adapt interventions.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to students and maintain accurate records of achievement.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching mathematics at secondary level; experience in SEN settings is welcomed but not essential.
• Strong classroom management and communication abilities.
• Positive, adaptable approach and genuine interest in supporting learners with special educational needs.
