About the role

Philosophy Education Ltd is seeking qualified secondary teachers and support staff for supply positions across secondary schools in West London. The roles offer flexible working options, with both short‑term cover and longer‑term assignments starting in September 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum-aligned lessons to secondary students.
• Provide classroom and pastoral support as required.
• Cover staff absences and fill temporary gaps in school timetables.
• Assist with non‑classroom interventions and specialist subject support where needed.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent for secondary education.
• Early Career Teacher (ECT) or experienced teacher willing to work on a supply basis.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
• Willingness to complete the DfE Keeping Children Safe in Education registration process.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of secondary curriculum and assessment standards.
