About the role

We are seeking a qualified Mortgage Adviser to join a well‑established, whole‑of‑market brokerage serving the West Midlands. The position is self‑employed and home‑based, with a steady flow of warm, pre‑qualified leads across Birmingham and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients using a full panel of lenders.
• Convert warm leads into completed mortgage applications.
• Maintain compliance and case‑management standards throughout the advisory process.
• Attend client appointments across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands as required.

Required profile

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification with proven mortgage advisory experience.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working as a self‑employed professional.
• Strong track record in mortgage and protection advice.
• Based in Birmingham or able to comfortably cover the West Midlands area.
