SEN Teaching Assistant (TA/LSA) – Flexible Supply Roles in South London

About the role
Join a network of primary schools and SEN settings across South London as a supply Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant. You will work on a day‑to‑day, short‑term or block‑booking basis, supporting pupils with a variety of special educational needs.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one or small‑group support to pupils with ASD, SEMH, MLD or complex needs.
- Implement classroom behaviour policies and support the teacher in delivering lessons.
- Adapt to different school environments and follow the guidance of senior leadership teams.
- Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and any interventions used.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or 1:1 support in a primary or SEN setting.
- Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and behaviour‑management abilities.
- Flexibility to work across multiple schools and adjust to varying schedules.
