About the role
We are seeking a Senior Billing Coordinator to join our fast‑growing international firm in Manchester City Centre. The role involves handling complex billing queries, supporting the billing team and ensuring accurate invoice processing.
Key responsibilities
- Support Billing Coordinators with escalations and complex bills
- Calculate proposed billing amounts and draft invoices for approval
- Manage complex bill reconciliations and calculations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all billing‑related enquiries
- Deputise for the Team Leader when required
Required profile
- Previous billing experience (essential)
- Experience coordinating or managing a team (preferred)
- Excellent communication and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with financial systems and billing software
