Senior Business Travel Consultant – Flexible Split Shift

About the role

Join Perk as a Senior Business Travel Consultant working a split‑shift that fits around family commitments. The role is fully remote with occasional days at the Birmingham hub.

Key responsibilities

• Handle travel bookings, amendments and cancellations for business travellers.
• Arrange European and domestic flights, car rentals and hotels.
• Manage client communications via live chat, phone and email.
• Work autonomously on enquiries and maintain GDS queues.
• Mentor junior team members and quality‑check their work.
• Develop client relationships throughout the travel lifecycle.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a business travel consultant.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Professional telephone manner and confidence in client‑facing interactions.
• Comfortable with a split‑shift routine.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of Galileo or Amadeus GDS systems, including ticket re‑issuing.
• Proficiency in air‑fare calculation and ticketing.
