Senior Business Travel Consultant – Remote (Day Shifts)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Business Travel Consultant who is passionate about enhancing the experience of business travelers and has expert knowledge of the Galileo or Amadeus GDS system. The role is fully remote with occasional in‑person days at our Birmingham hub, working within standard business hours (7 am‑7 pm).

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑class, 7‑star service to business travelers, managing bookings, amendments and cancellations.
• Arrange European and domestic travel, including flights, car rentals and hotels.
• Communicate with clients via live chat, telephone and email, ensuring professional and accurate interactions.
• Maintain and develop client relationships throughout the travel process.
• Mentor junior team members and support the Team Leader to uphold service standards.

Required profile

• Proficient in air fares and ticketing with expert knowledge of the Galileo or Amadeus GDS.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Previous experience as a Business Travel Consultant.
• Well‑organized, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Positive, professional telephone manner and proactive problem‑solving attitude.
