Senior Casualty & Liability Claims Technician (Remote)

About the role

Our client is seeking a Senior Casualty & Liability Claims Technician to work remotely across the UK. You will apply your technical knowledge to investigate and settle employer and public liability claims, ensuring compliance with client standards and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and assess liability claims for Employers and Public Liability (injury and TPPD).
• Gather and analyse evidence to support claim recommendations.
• Prepare detailed reports in line with client requirements and service standards.
• Negotiate settlements where appropriate and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and update claim management systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling casualty or liability claims in the UK.
• Strong understanding of legal and policy liability principles.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
