Senior Customer Analyst

About the role

The Senior Customer Analyst will join a leading UK consumer and retail business, working within a hybrid model (2 days in‑office). You will help translate customer data into actionable commercial insights that drive faster, better decisions across the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver regular customer reporting and analysis on health and performance metrics.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses to uncover customer behaviour trends and commercial opportunities.
• Develop and maintain customer segmentation, profiling and grouping models.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Apply statistical and advanced analytical techniques such as regression, clustering, predictive modelling and campaign measurement.
• Support forecasting and optimisation activities across the analytics function.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, commercial and other business functions.
• Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer analytics within a retail or consumer‑focused environment.
• Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and explain the "why" behind customer behaviours.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering commercial impact.
