Senior Designer / Design Manager – Womenswear

About the role

We are seeking a passionate senior designer to lead the womenswear vision for a growing premium brand in the North West of England. The role offers flexibility with full‑time or part‑time options and a hybrid working model, allowing you to shape collections from concept to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Own the womenswear design direction and seasonal vision.
• Identify emerging trends, colours, fabrics and product opportunities.
• Create inspirational mood boards, concepts and seasonal stories.
• Develop colour palettes, print direction and trim concepts.
• Design commercially successful collections with a premium aesthetic.
• Present concepts and seasonal ranges to key stakeholders.
• Work cross‑functionally to ensure successful collection launches.
• Help shape long‑term product and brand strategy.

Required profile

• Significant experience as a womenswear designer or senior designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing premium product.
• Excellent trend forecasting and product development abilities.
• Clear design handwriting and a distinctive creative point of view.
• Experience navigating seasonal critical paths.
• Confidence presenting ideas and influencing stakeholders.
