Senior Facade Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Facade Engineer you will lead complex façade engineering projects, delivering high‑quality technical solutions while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction. This hands‑on technical leadership role sits at the core of the business’s technical and commercial success, working across multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage façade design and engineering challenges.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and consultants.
• Prepare Gateway 2 submissions for HRBs.
• Carry out site, factory and installation inspections.
• Lead façade failure investigations and remedial works.
• Review designs, drawings and technical deliverables.
• Develop technical specifications and design standards.
• Prepare fee proposals and support business development.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related discipline.
• Extensive façade design and engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems and detailing.
• Experience delivering complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and client‑management skills.
