About the role

We are seeking a forward‑thinking Senior Finance Business Partner to join a market‑leading company in Birmingham. You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive commercial performance, operational excellence and support strategic growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to provide financial insight and robust analysis.
• Lead financial planning and decision support for new products, services, geographic expansion and potential acquisitions.
• Monitor and improve commercial performance and operational efficiency across the business.
• Deliver accurate forecasts, budgets and variance analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified accountant with extensive experience in a large, complex organisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to influence decision‑making and contribute to sustainable, profitable growth.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse senior stakeholders.
