Senior Fire & Security Service Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fire & Security Service Engineer to join a NACOSS Gold and BAFE Fire Gold accredited company. You will be based in London, covering sites inside the M25, delivering high‑quality service for commercial fire and security installations.

Key responsibilities

• Service, fault‑find, repair, maintain and upgrade fire and security systems.
• Work on CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, fire alarms, emergency lighting and IP‑based solutions.
• Perform small remedial works and occasional gate/door automation tasks.
• Adhere to British Standards and FIA regulations on all assignments.
• Participate in an on‑call rota (approximately one week in six).

Required profile

• Proven experience servicing and maintaining fire and security systems.
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic abilities.
• Solid understanding of IP‑based systems (essential).
• Excellent knowledge of current British Standards and industry regulations.
• Full UK driving licence and a professional, customer‑focused attitude.
