Senior FP&A Analyst – Hybrid – £55k-£65k

About the role

We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team in Liverpool. Working in a hybrid model, you will turn financial and operational data into actionable insights that support faster decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Produce KPI reporting, dashboards and management information using Power BI and ERP data.
• Analyse trends, variances and risks to deliver actionable insight.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning processes.
• Create financial models, scenarios and business cases.
• Improve reporting automation, data quality and governance.
• Partner with finance and operational teams to understand performance drivers.

Required profile

• Qualified ACCA or CIMA professional.
• Strong analytical ability and clear presentation of complex information.
• Advanced financial modelling skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Dynamics.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, planning and performance reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders.
