About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team supporting nursing and care home clients across Greater Manchester. This agency position offers the chance to work in a variety of care settings while delivering high‑quality patient support.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct personal care and assistance to residents in nursing and care homes.
- Support registered nurses with routine clinical tasks and observations.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of meals, medication reminders, and daily activities.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to junior care staff as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant in a nursing or care home environment.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom (no sponsorship available).
