About the role
TRI Consulting is seeking a Senior Housing Officer to join a Housing Association on a three‑month temporary contract. The role is office‑based in North London and focuses on delivering a high‑quality, empathetic housing management service to residents.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personal housing management support, maintaining regular communication with residents.
- Resolve resident issues promptly and work collaboratively with the customer service centre and Asset team.
- Ensure tenancy sustainability, address unacceptable behaviour, and manage void properties to the required standard.
- Process landlord repair requests via Workwise, authorise work orders within budget, and coordinate with Asset Management for complex repairs.
- Handle rent and service charge collection, debt management and accurate accounting of services.
- Visit residents’ homes to assess needs, identify repairs and arrange necessary work.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Senior Housing Officer within social housing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to start immediately (around 17 Nov).
- Strong organisational abilities and a commitment to safeguarding residents.
