Senior IT Manager – Global FMCG Brand

About the role

We are partnering with a world‑renowned FMCG brand to find a Senior IT Manager to lead the UK IT function. Reporting to the UK Finance Director, you will own a small, business‑critical IT team and act as the key bridge between technology and the wider business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of four IT professionals.
• Deliver high‑quality IT services aligned with the global technology strategy.
• Manage end‑user computing, networking, vendor relationships and security.
• Oversee IT service management and ITIL processes.
• Plan and deliver IT projects on time and budget.
• Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a small IT team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong background in IT service management and ITIL.
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT projects and drive change.
• Good understanding of end‑user computing, networking, vendors and security.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, or high‑growth start‑up environments is a plus.

What we offer

• Base salary £85,000‑£95,000 per year.
• Annual bonus up to 25% of base.
• Hybrid working: four days in the office, one day remote.
