Senior Legal Counsel

About the role

THG is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support its rapid growth across beauty and sports nutrition. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, you will provide hands‑on legal advice in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft and advise on a wide range of commercial contracts, including supplier and customer agreements, distribution and marketplace contracts.
• Prepare manufacturing agreements for both THG as a manufacturer and as a customer across beauty and nutrition sectors.
• Draft and manage licence agreements, covering both inbound and outbound intellectual property rights.
• Provide generalist legal support on corporate, litigation, data protection and other commercial matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Required profile

• Law degree with a valid practising certificate.
• Minimum 6 years post‑qualification experience in a reputable law firm or in‑house legal team.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Confidence to work closely with senior business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Highly motivated, reliable and capable of making sound judgments.
