Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales

About the role

Figma is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales to lead a growing team of Account Executives in London. You will work closely with cross‑functional groups to drive revenue from Fortune 1000 customers and shape the future of our enterprise product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of Account Executives, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Participate in customer and prospect meetings to support deal progression and coach in real time.
• Drive continual training, mentorship, hiring, and career development initiatives.
• Shape and refine sales processes and strategic initiatives.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members as the business scales.
• Deliver weekly forecast meetings and advise on strategies to exceed targets.

Required profile

• 7+ years of sales experience (preferably SaaS) with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong understanding of technical and competitive landscape in enterprise software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing, evolving environment.
• Exceptional coaching, discovery, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of leading successful, consistent sales teams.
