Senior New Build Conveyancer – Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior New Build Conveyancer to join our well‑established residential property team. You will manage a high‑quality caseload of new‑build sales and purchases, working independently from instruction through to post‑completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of new‑build residential conveyancing files, both freehold and leasehold.
• Advise on Help to Buy, shared ownership, developer incentives and leasehold matters.
• Review contracts, title documents and planning agreements.
• Liaise with developers, lenders, agents and clients to meet exchange and completion deadlines.
• Support and mentor junior conveyancing staff where appropriate.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced fee earner.
• Proven experience handling new‑build conveyancing matters independently.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property and conveyancing processes.
• Excellent communication, client‑relationship and organisational skills.
