About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Reedsy’s remote‑first team across Europe. You will work closely with the founders, Lead Designer and engineering team to create beautiful, user‑centred interfaces for our publishing marketplace.

Key responsibilities

Design new user journeys, features and products across multiple platforms.
Maintain and evolve existing applications, ensuring consistency and quality.
Develop and document components, UI patterns and the design system library.
Implement front‑end code for your designs and collaborate with engineers for flawless delivery.

Required profile

5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer with a strong portfolio.
Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive designs.
Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
Experience working remotely in fast‑moving environments.
