Senior Product Manager – D365 Business Central

About the role

We are working with a growing software organisation looking to appoint an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap across its core software product portfolio. This senior, hands‑on role combines strong commercial awareness with excellent product management skills and involves close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product roadmap across multiple software offerings, prioritising initiatives based on customer value, commercial impact and technical feasibility.
• Engage directly with customers, prospects and internal teams to translate feedback and market insight into product initiatives and business cases.
• Manage the intake and prioritisation process for product requests using an evidence‑based framework, balancing short‑term needs with long‑term strategy.
• Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Professional Services, Sales, Pre‑Sales and Customer Service to shape solutions and ensure product plans reflect real customer requirements.
• Champion quality throughout the product lifecycle and provide line‑management to a senior member of the quality function.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager within a SaaS or software organisation.
• Strong experience owning and prioritising software product roadmaps.
• Hands‑on experience working closely with software engineering and technical teams.
• Ability to balance customer requirements, commercial objectives and technical constraints.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365BC) and a solid understanding of its capabilities.
