Senior Product Support Specialist (French Bilingual)

About the role

Zenoti is seeking a Senior Product Support Specialist who is fluent in French to join its Manchester office. The role supports customers of Zenoti’s cloud‑based beauty and wellness platform, ensuring they can run their businesses efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer requests via phone, chat, and email during UK business hours (Mon‑Fri, 9 am‑6 pm).
• Own reported issues from start to resolution, acting as the customer’s advocate.
• Consult with clients to optimise their use of Zenoti’s product suite.
• Research, document, and prioritize issues, leveraging internal tools and escalation teams as needed.
• Escalate complex problems to higher‑level support and recognize when assistance is required.
• Provide trusted advice on product functionality to drive high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge of assigned product areas.
• Mentor peers and share best practices within the support team.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and customer‑focused mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible shift patterns aligned with customer needs.
