Senior Property Manager – Estate Agency

About the role

We are recruiting a Senior Property Manager for an established estate agency in Leatherhead. The role requires at least five years of property management experience and a strong commitment to delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants. Candidates must be UK residents, ideally living within a 30‑minute commute, and hold a full UK driving licence with access to a car.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of 4.
• Oversee and support the management of 450 properties.
• Build strong working relationships with both landlords and tenants.
• Deal with contractors and arrange maintenance quotes and repairs.
• Manage compliance across the portfolio.
• Book end‑of‑tenancy check‑outs.
• Handle deposits, releases and disputes at the end of tenancy.
• Conduct property visits and inspections.
• Arrange safety certificates.
• Ensure regular communication with clients.

Required profile

• 5 years' Property Management experience.
• UK resident, preferably within a 30‑minute commute to Leatherhead.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.

What we offer

• Salary £36,000 – £40,000 per year.
• Working hours: Monday‑Thursday 8:45 am‑6:00 pm, Friday 8:45 am‑5:00 pm.
