Senior Recruitment Consultant – Interim Finance

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing senior appointments business that is expanding its footprint over the next few years. The role focuses on sourcing and placing senior interim finance professionals, up to CFO level, across a variety of sectors worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and assess senior finance talent for interim assignments.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from brief analysis to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with private equity, AIM and FTSE‑listed clients.
• Collaborate with a talented internal team to share market insights and best practices.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future assignments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior finance recruitment, preferably at interim or executive level.
• Strong network within finance and senior leadership circles.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and meet ambitious growth targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with finance and CFO‑level recruitment processes.
