Senior Renewable Energy Recruiter

About the role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll specialise in permanent hiring across the renewable energy sector. You’ll own and grow your desk, building trusted relationships, qualifying roles, designing search strategies, and advising stakeholders to deliver successful, sustainable hires.

Key responsibilities

• Manage permanent recruitment spanning CAPEX roles, early design, commissioning and build stages across offshore wind, solar and onshore wind farms and large‑scale construction projects.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, agree search plans and provide clear, data‑led hiring advice.
• Source and manage talent through direct headhunting, market mapping and industry networks.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of the renewable energy landscape, key players, regulations and growth areas.
• Commercial drive and proven business‑development success to grow market share in renewable recruitment.
