Senior Rider Onboarding Associate – Manchester (6‑Month FTC)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Rider Onboarding Associate to join Deliveroo’s Rider Enablement team in the UK & Ireland. The role is a six‑month fixed‑term contract, based remotely but requiring regular travel to our onboarding hubs across the region. You will help design, scale and optimise the physical onboarding ecosystem that supplies the rider fleet for our marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise the performance of Rider Onboarding Hubs by redesigning workflows and structures to improve efficiency.
• Design and roll‑out new onboarding spaces across the UKI, implementing standardised processes and quality controls.
• Develop and execute a 12‑month strategic roadmap for in‑person onboarding, balancing expansion with cost and time constraints.
• Collaborate with Rider Support, Product and other Onboarding teams to resolve operational issues and feed insights into long‑term improvements.
• Lead face‑to‑face onboarding sessions and support regional hub operations, travelling extensively throughout the UK and Ireland.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operational scaling, logistics or workforce enablement, preferably in a fast‑moving commercial environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design processes and measure performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the UK and Ireland.
