Senior Social Worker – Children Disabilities (Hybrid)

About the role
This permanent‑type position is for a Senior Social Worker/Advanced Practitioner to join a North London Authority children’s disability team. The role focuses on supporting children and young people up to 18 years old with autism, mental health needs and other disabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Work within the children’s disability team to assess and support young people with autism and related conditions.
- Provide case management, safeguarding and advocacy for children and their families.
- Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary professionals to deliver tailored interventions.
Required profile
- Qualified Social Work degree (BA/MA Social Work, DipSW or equivalent).
- Registered with the Social Work regulator.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
- Demonstrated experience in mental health, children’s disabilities and autism.
