Senior Software Engineer, Blockchain Protocols

Key responsibilities

• Architect and evolve scalable, reliable, and performant systems for ingesting and parsing complex blockchain data.
• Leverage AI‑native engineering workflows (LLMs, automated agents) to increase team velocity and code quality.
• Provide blockchain protocol expertise (EVM, UTXO, etc.) to the team and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including production monitoring, debugging, and maintaining reliability of pipelines and services.
• Work closely with Product Managers to ensure datasets meet the evolving needs of the crypto ecosystem.
• Guide junior and mid‑level engineers through code reviews, design docs, and technical mentorship.

Required profile

• Extensive experience building distributed systems or data‑intensive applications.
• Experience working with TypeScript in a professional or personal capacity.
• A bias to ship and the ability to iterate quickly in a fast‑moving environment.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI‑assisted development tools while maintaining reliable, maintainable code.
• Deep understanding and experience of at least one blockchain protocol.
