Senior Sustainability Consultant

About the role

A leading employee‑focused multidisciplinary consultancy is expanding its sustainability team in Edinburgh. As a Senior Sustainability Consultant you will take ownership of high‑profile, design‑led projects and help shape the firm’s sustainability service offering.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BREEAM, BREEAM International and WELL assessments across a range of building projects.
• Coordinate sustainability input, advise clients and contribute to workshops, strategies and design team discussions.
• Review technical processes, raise delivery standards and support new business development.
• Mentor and supervise junior consultants while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in sustainability assessment.
• Proven BREEAM Assessor qualification and strong project delivery record.
• WELL AP qualification.
• Experience managing several projects and supervising staff.
• Excellent communication, organisational and client‑facing abilities.
