Senior Technical Product Manager – Health Records

About the role

Flo Health is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to join the Health Records & Virtual Clinics team. The team builds the core infrastructure that powers the next generation of personalised healthcare experiences, integrating clinical systems, vendor APIs and user‑reported data into a unified health record.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for health‑record ingestion, normalization and activation.
• Lead the creation of a unified health data model supporting personalised user experiences and virtual‑clinic services.
• Partner with design to craft intuitive UI/UX for surfacing health insights and longitudinal records.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Clinical, Legal and Privacy teams to ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance and user privacy.
• Drive vendor‑integration strategy, evaluate partners and manage long‑term relationships.
• Establish metrics to evaluate data quality, coverage and downstream impact on user outcomes.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in platform, data or infrastructure products.
• Strong technical background with hands‑on experience building APIs, data pipelines or distributed systems.
• Proven ability to work in regulated environments and coordinate with clinical, legal and privacy stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering products in ambiguous, fast‑moving settings and defining measurable success metrics.
