Senior Treasury Analyst

About the role

Digital Science is building a Treasury function from the ground up. The Senior Treasury Analyst will own cash‑flow monitoring, bank account administration, intercompany loan reconciliation and insurance administration, working closely with the VP of Finance Operations and the CFO.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and forecast cash flow on a rolling basis, escalating risks to senior finance leadership.
• Administer cash concentration, disbursement and intercompany cash‑pooling, reconciling loans and interest.
• Coordinate payroll funding with the AP Senior to ensure timely bank file submissions.
• Maintain day‑to‑day banking relationships and act as first point of contact for operational queries.
• Prepare regular cash position and cash‑flow forecast reports for internal and group treasury stakeholders.
• Support insurance administration and data‑collection requests.
• Build the Treasury, Banking & Insurance function, establishing processes, documentation and controls.
• Identify and implement process improvements and system tooling such as bank portals or treasury management systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cash management, banking operations or treasury administration.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with banks and group treasury contacts.
