SEO Executive – 9‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

Dentsu is seeking an SEO Executive on a nine‑month fixed‑term contract to help clients deliver outstanding search experiences. You will work closely with account leads and cross‑functional teams to execute SEO strategies that meet and exceed performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute tactical SEO initiatives in line with client goals, collaborating with account leads.
• Provide regular updates on timelines, deliverables, performance reporting and competitive intelligence.
• Extract insights from campaign data, identify trends and propose proactive recommendations.
• Work with SEO technicians, content strategists, digital PR specialists and other functions to ensure client success.
• Support technical SEO tasks such as UAT checks, web migrations, robots.txt, XML sitemap analysis, redirect mapping, canonical tags, broken‑link and 404 error handling.
• Deliver content‑focused work including content briefs, audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, landing‑page optimisation and meta‑data review.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an SEO‑focused role, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong passion for SEO and a desire to become an industry expert.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with SEO tools such as STAT, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog and Yext.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
