About the role

We are seeking a technically‑savvy SEO Specialist to join our organic search team at Kubix, a Shopify Platinum agency serving fast‑growing eCommerce brands. You will turn complex crawl reports into actionable roadmaps that drive measurable organic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical, content, and on‑site SEO audits that surface high‑impact insights.
• Translate audit findings into clear, prioritized roadmaps for clients.
• Own the end‑to‑end SEO programme for assigned accounts, including audits, roadmaps, and keyword research.
• Implement recommendations such as schema markup, metadata updates, and structural fixes.
• Perform keyword and intent research using Search Console, Ahrefs, and AI‑driven tools.
• Apply AI‑focused search tactics to improve visibility on AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI).
• Troubleshoot technical issues like canonicalisation conflicts, hreflang misconfigurations, and indexation problems.
• Present findings and roadmaps to clients in clear, actionable language.
• Collaborate with Shopify development and content teams to ensure timely implementation.

Required profile

• Technically grounded with a deep understanding of website architecture.
• Insight‑led, able to identify the 20% of findings that deliver 80% of impact.
• Commercially minded, focusing on business growth rather than just rankings.
• Clear communicator who can adapt technical explanations for developers and clients.
• Delivery‑focused, following recommendations through to live implementation.
