Service Advisor – Honiton (£30k-£38k)

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy, successful automotive dealership in Honiton. The role is customer‑focused and fast‑paced, offering the chance to develop your career in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and manage their service and repair requirements.
• Book vehicles for servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Liaise with the workshop to ensure efficient completion of work.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Prepare estimates, invoices and process payments.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational ability to manage a busy workload.
• Professional, positive and team‑focused attitude.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
