ServiceNow Specialist – Must hold SC clearance

About the role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Specialist to join our team in Manchester on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate must already hold an active Security Clearance (SC) and will work on enterprise‑level ServiceNow implementations, primarily within ITSM.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM modules.
• Develop and maintain business rules, script includes, flow designer flows and client scripts.
• Build and support secure integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth and IntegrationHub.
• Define data mappings and transformation logic, and manage the CMDB/CSDM.
• Lead customer onboarding workshops, solution design sessions and produce technical documentation.

Required profile

• Active SC clearance.
• Extensive hands‑on experience delivering ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills for workshops and documentation.
