Shift Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Days Only

About the role

A leading national facilities management provider is looking for a Shift Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a major static site near Sunningdale. The role operates on a 4‑on‑4‑off days‑only pattern, offering high stability and limited call‑outs.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical tasks.
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards and industry best practices.
• Monitor main building plant and equipment on a daily basis.
• Maintain site logbooks and update CAFM/Concept systems for SLA tracking.
• Supervise subcontractors and uphold professional standards for clients.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 (Electrical) or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of 17th or 18th Edition electrical regulations.
• Proven experience working in occupied office environments.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Ability to pass a DBS check.

Required skills

• Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) procedures.
• Use of CAFM/Concept systems for asset management.
• Plant and equipment monitoring.

• Salary up to £45,000 per annum plus overtime.
