Showroom Manager – Furniture Brand

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Showroom Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a fast‑growing UK furniture brand. The role is the face of the brand in‑store, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the company’s design ethos and high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary brand ambassador, delivering a warm, knowledgeable and design‑led experience to visitors.
• Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs and guide them through the product range.
• Present products, materials, finishes and design options confidently, driving sales from first visit to purchase.
• Maintain impeccable showroom standards, ensuring the space is styled, organised and aligned with the brand’s visual identity.
• Manage and convert sales leads from swatch requests, email enquiries, phone calls and online channels.
• Own the full customer journey, from initial enquiry through post‑purchase follow‑up, handling questions, feedback and issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Support order processing, delivery coordination and after‑sales care.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build genuine rapport.
• Sales‑driven mindset and experience in retail, showroom or other customer‑facing roles.
• Strong interest in design, furniture and interiors.
• Highly organised, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
