Site-Based Project Manager – Construction & Infrastructure

About the role

Kuttan Ltd is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead construction and infrastructure projects across the UK. This full‑time, site‑based position requires travelling to various project locations and delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver construction projects from inception to completion.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and client representatives.
• Monitor progress against programme, budget and quality targets.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, applying corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, quality and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and contractual records.
• Chair progress meetings and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
• Manage procurement activities and monitor supplier performance.
• Coordinate logistics and site resources to maintain programme efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the UK construction or infrastructure sector.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, programme management, cost control and contract administration.
• Familiarity with NEC and/or JCT contracts.
• Understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation and CDM Regulations 2015.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
