Site Operative – Environmental & Ground Investigation

About the role
An established environmental consultancy in London is seeking a Site Operative to support a variety of environmental and ground investigation projects across the capital and surrounding areas.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with site investigations and ground investigation works.
- Oversee window sampling drilling rigs.
- Handle equipment, materials and site samples.
- Support engineers on diverse projects.
- Maintain accurate site records.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Required profile
- Full UK driving licence.
- Previous experience in site, construction, environmental or groundworks.
- Full right to work in the UK.
- Residence in or near London.
- Proactive, reliable and safety‑conscious attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Required skills
- Drilling rig operation.
- Ground investigation techniques.
- Sample handling and management.
