Social Media & Content Manager

About the role

Black Rock Restaurants is seeking a dynamic Social Media & Content Manager to shape the voice and visual storytelling for its portfolio of Brighton and London restaurant brands. You will work on‑site, capturing the energy of busy service periods, launches, and events while delivering content that drives commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day social media execution across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms for all venues.
• Produce high‑quality photography, videography, reels and short‑form videos in‑venue.
• Own and maintain content calendars, ensuring consistent tone of voice and visual identity.
• Support seasonal campaigns, brand launches, partnerships and PR activations with compelling creative assets.
• Collaborate with GMs, chefs, sales, digital and operations teams to align content with business goals.
• Present ideas to senior leadership and manage stakeholder feedback while protecting brand standards.

Required profile

• Creative and commercially aware with a passion for hospitality, food and culture.
• Comfortable working in fast‑moving, multi‑brand environments and on‑site during service periods.
• Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills across internal teams.
