Software Engineer – AI Agent Development

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to design, build and ship production‑grade AI agents that directly generate revenue for our enterprise customers. You will work on mission‑critical systems that operate at scale across finance, healthcare and commerce sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver high‑performance, reliable AI agents that run in production environments.
• Own the full Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to deployment and continuous iteration.
• Collaborate directly with senior leaders at large enterprises and innovative startups to understand business challenges and embed AI solutions.
• Shape the evolution of the core platform by surfacing unmet needs, prototyping new tools and influencing product road‑maps.
• Experiment with cutting‑edge voice and generative models and integrate them at enterprise scale.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and scaling end‑to‑end production systems.
• Strong technical problem‑solving skills in fast‑changing, ambiguous environments.
• Hands‑on mindset with high agency, able to overcome obstacles and ship features.
• Comfortable working directly with customers to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with AI/ML model development, deployment and monitoring.
• Knowledge of building scalable, reliable software services.
• Familiarity with modern cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
