About the role

Figma’s Solutions Consulting team bridges technical expertise with business context to help customers realize what’s possible with our platform. As a Solutions Consultant supporting enterprise accounts, you’ll partner with Sales and cross‑functional teams to craft and deliver consultative strategies that showcase Figma’s value.

Key responsibilities

• Paint the vision of the Figma Platform and guide customers in realizing the value through product demonstrations and presentations.
• Support the Sales team by addressing platform questions and showcasing how Figma accelerates digital product delivery.
• Own the customer IT and Security relationship during the deal cycle by handling security questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs, identity and enterprise queries.
• Collaborate with Product and Support to identify opportunities for enhancing account security and influence the product roadmap.
• Design and scale technical sales efforts, facilitating conversations between customers, sales, and product teams.
• Create thoughtful content to delight customers and internal partners around the Figma platform.

Required profile

• 6+ years professional experience, with 4+ years in sales engineering or solution consulting within a SaaS organization.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and prioritize competing customer and business demands.
• Experience positioning technology presales, establishing success criteria, and leading evaluations in the enterprise SaaS ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
• Front‑end development or developer lifecycle experience.
